A little background

Since onepocketrocket doesn't post much and didn't give any background on Louis I will try.
I met Louis when he was about 12 and we played quite a bit until he was about 15 then his game was too much for me. By the time he was 17 he was gambling with the likes of Troy Frank, Mario Cileti, Chris Szuter and other real strong players in the Akron/Canton area. I left the scene for a couple of years and don't know what all he was up to. I 've never seen him play in tournaments but he probably did. The last time I saw Louis was the day before Easter and we matched up for a couple of hours. I'm not going to cannonize him, all i can say is what I know: He was a very good player with a ton of natural talent, a fantastic stroke and good gambler. I think with some career guidance he could have been a force on the pool scene. He will be missed in the Akron pool scene but more important he will be missed by his family.
