I'm not sure how often he checks this, but I'll answer this to the best of my knowledge. When I talk to him tomorrow, I'll confirm.
The illustrator is drawing up everything for the book now. Once he gets that back, it won't take long for it to be public. As far as any dates, I don't think one is set.
Keep an eye out for the break dvd he's coming out with. This will be, by far, the best instructional video on the break that has ever been put out.
I know he'd love to hear from you guys, even with his busy schedule.
