Your Tip of the month?

Maybe every month or so we can start a thread and go over playing tips??

My tip for all of you this month is this:

Always Wash your hands before you play!

It is amazing how clean hands help my stick stay clean and slide with the greatest of ease. It also adds something of a psychological factor, like I am washing my hands before feasting on my next victim. :D

I call next month's tip!

Wash you hands after you play. Wipe your stick with the papertowels. Don't chew your fingernails while you play. Don't pick your nose and eat boogers while you play.

Crap, I am well into June!!

I love this place!!

Practice 3 cushion ,if at all possible, it will incredibly help your cueball control, banking, and kicking, if you pay attention. Read some books on theory and you'll fall in love with this game(I just love to hear them click :p )

If you don't know where you're playing shape to, chances are the cueball doesn't either.

Wash your hands before you take a leak. I don't know why. Just do it. I saw a pro do that. Must help his game or something.

cheers,

I posted this in another thread. PUT MORE PRESSURE ON YOURSELF IN PRACTICE. Try to make yourself your biggest critic and be happy with nothing less than perfection. When you put a high amount of pressure on yourself in practice, the pressure of a tournament match will not get to you as much.
