Does anyone have any experience ordering a cue from Zen Custom Cues? I’m considering ordering one but being a high price ticket item coming from oversea’s (China), I‘m concered.

Value?
Timeline?
Security of sending funds?

I just got my Zen Cue which I ordered on February 2023.
* Value - the value seems go to up as the demand increases and the prices are going up
* Timeline - you would probably have to wait 18 - 24 months

Some feedback:
You don't get to talk to the cue maker but with a dealer, I placed my order with "Aquaman Lai" (Facebook) which was very nice, answered all my questions and helped me choose what was right for me (very nice guy). I got some delay but only because the initial ETA was too optimistic.
I have a Merry Widow, nothing fancy, but I can say that, boy, they do pay attention to all the details. The cue is flawless!

Price here in China and collectibility has increased, definitely overtaken Japanese brands. It’s more expensive to buy second hand than it is have one made (providing the refinish option isn’t claimed yet)
