Do you even understand what the word racist means?

If you notice my post was edited, I removed something else. I had intended to change that word because I knew someone would play semantics over it however I was distracted by work. If you can't see past the words and into the problem I feel bad for you.

Is that true? I've seen literally hundreds of female pool players and not one could play. Why is this?

I lived in the UK for 3 years. I didn't see hundreds of female players in all that time. I may have seen 250ish in my entire life. And yes, I'm deadly serious: give me the four years CW takes and we'll put our respective student's talents on a table for all to see.

I don't see a problem other than the world is way too PC and looking for a racist behind every bush now days.

As far as the sexism on display in this thread. Well over here in the Western BCA world the grand master women play with the open men players in mixed events. And some finish in the money but not at the top. So in general there's some fact to it although everything has it's exceptions. Most stereotypes are usually based on a truth somewhere down the line.

In the recent Quinalt casino tour stop of the WBCA the grand master women played in the singles bracket with the open A men. They did pretty good but there was an entire masters bracket of Men who in theory the worst one was in the skill ball park with the best open A players. If the GM women played there they would have been slaughtered.

I'll take that bet, that "there are more than 10 in the entire country that can cue a ball properly" (even under what would necessarily be your "lofty" standards)! LOL How much you wanna wager?

As far as teaching goes, our SPF group teaches thousands of students how to "cue a ball properly" annually. The problem is there are 40 million just in the USA who need help. What do YOU do to progress the sport...not a damn thing I'll warrant. You just sit on your high horse and spout off about how Brit snooker players are superior to anyone or anything...which is absolute nonsense.

Re-phrase...I Love "playing" with a girl...just not a pool table. First of all, 92 percent of the pool playings Girls don't even know what a safety is, let alone intentionally play one. Of the remaining 8 percent that knows what safety is... "how" to play the game...most are on TV.

Weak assed breaks. "When" I played League, I used to Coach the "girls" up... playing a superior player...just put a little one pocket/straight pool break on him. Keep the cluster tight... It keeps you in the game longer and frustrating the Hell out of him when he knows he should whitewash ya. You might get lucky.

Dude, i play against some top tier girls. And by the way, everyone is playing the table, its conditions and wht it give up... the person that shots when you miss doing the same thing. I never try to beat up on someone whether im better than them or not, i simply am trying to give it the best i possibly can for that particul day and play that table the best i possibly can as well. thats it! Its funny how pride ends up biting you in the ass when a girl smokes you because you think you can "white wash" her, just saying!!

So no, given a "blind taste test" where I don't know anything about potential team members, but as Captain I have to choose, I won't necessarily "choose a guy every time."

We can agree to disagree. Just put together the best all girl team you can think of...??? And then most people can come up with an all guys team that would put a collective Pop Knot on "that" girl team's head. I don't think it's debatable?
