Guys... I got tired of it. Months have passed, many new treads were written, spring has come once again... but I still get called "Poolkiller" whenever I post a thread. I reported it to the mods, but nobody gives a damn. You obviously don't understand the meaning of "Please just stop, it's pointless and annoying" either. So, the last option for me was to post this thread. To end this "debate" once and for all, I'm asking all of you who think I'm related to PK to state your reasons for those accusation and some proof along with it.

I'm quoting this from a previous thread. It appears to be a short description of PK and his behavior:

The unpopular opinion PK held was that we should promote an unusual set of rules (basically, bar rules) instead of the World Standardized Rules, or BCA/WPA-type rules.

The general attitude on AZB (and I can't say I disagree) is that bar rules are made by low level players, for low level players, and would be a joke in the hands of professionals who could exploit weaknesses in these rules, weaknesses that would basically ruin games like 8 ball and lead to stalemates or blatantly unfair situations where the game is effectively unwinnable.

There was some additional backlash because it was pretty clear PK was a low level player who didn't understand the nuances and reasoning behind these rules. His status as a banger was cemented when he suggested stuff like the ram shot, scooping the cue ball to jump it, blasting balls randomly to move them away from pockets, etc.

He added multiple baffling rules to his guide that existed nowhere else on earth, such as directly hitting the 8 ball first with the cue ball = instant loss of game.

It further annoyed people because he insisted on renaming virtually every conventional term from jump shots ("air to ground shots") to diamonds ("locators") to combos ("chain shots").

So it seemed pretty conceited for a banger to say "Here is the way everyone should be playing, using easily-exploited scrubby rules, and let's all use completely new terminology. That should fix the lack of standardization in pool rules, make it more accessible and popular, and bridge the gap between amateurs and pros."

Also, everyone says PK was a troll. So also quote me where I intentionally trolled someone.

I've been called worse LMAO and hope to be called worse at least a couple times today!!!!!!!!
 
If the very worst-case were true, and you are the same person, it can at least be said that the Push & Pool screen name is a far better personality than PK was.

Whatever the case is, I feel like those who are bothered could just ignore you (via settings) and we could all move on.

Is that enough clues? Really just about everything you write is just like the several guises of PoolKiller, including those that ask "Hey, who is PoolKiller guy, he sounds like a jerk" in their post. Just like you have done.

Because I don't have time or energy to go hunt for the exact quotes right now, I will point out two in recent memory that flagged you:

- "Most powerful shot in pool" aka Ram Shot.
- Discussing how your personal strategy of smashing the hell out of everything makes you win consistently.

I think you made some kind of reference to slop rules being better, which again, makes you look out-of-place here but I can't be sure it was you.

I've never given it a thought, and I'm on the forum quite a bit.
Are you supposed to be some notorious bad guy?
Did you get banned and come back under another alias?
I must of missed something
 
To the OP: You're the one mostly referencing PK, as to draw attention to it. Nearly everyone else on this board could care less about anything PoolKiller has said or done. He was a guy that made some weird posts. He got banned. The end.

I can't find the link I had to the original posting of the rules that came about, and unfortunately the emails I had about this are in my old job's email which I can't to. It's a hilarious read though, I'm hoping someone else has this thing saved.

Basically the guy made up his own terms for common pool terms as well as some ah.. "interesting" rules, shots and instructions on how to play.

Ok, here goes. You persist with the idea that the bar pool you play is something other than the pool everyone here knows about and even insist on it. You told me, for instance, that you didn't think I'd played bar pool, when I tried to help you out. I was playing in bars at 16 and by 17 I seldom lost. I played bar pool for years and years until I walked into the commercial room that became my home-away-from-home for 25 years. Myself and others here have over 50 years of experience and offer help you reject, continuously. You reject the idea of books, tapes, DVDs, uTube videos, and even say that you can teach yourself things an instructor can't without knowing anything. You pretend an ignorance that many of us doubt. Your sig lines scream things the rankest beginner I've ever worked with would not even imagine doing.
You claim to beat people two and three levels above you but don't say how and from what you post, it's very, very doubtful.
Your posts are more non-abrasive than PK but, still, your style nags at people. It just doesn't make sense. And, last but by no means least, your isp has been checked and while it doesn't match PK, it's too close to be a total coincidence.
Then, you start a thread asking about members who have permanent bans. Why, what could you possibly gain from that??

I've given you credit a few times for refining the character. It is always amusing.
 
Don't worry about it. After my third divorce my ex went around telling everyone that I was fond of shit sandwiches. It really pissed me off because I never really cared that much for bread. :smile:
