Ok guys, how do you tell which tips out of a box of 50, are good or bad. I heard droping them, one at a time into a glass of water. If they sink quicklly, they are fine, if not, they are no good. This was for triangle tips, dont know about le pro. Is there another technique?

What I do with LePro's is visually check them to make sure they don't have any big wrinkles on the sidewalls or back, give them a quick press in a vice, then pray. (LOL)

I think it was out of frustration that laminated tips were born.
I have given up on most 1pce tips. You put them on they trim ok sometimes and fail after about a week or so of play.
To me the few dollars saved is just not worth the frustration.
Sure there are good LePro tips and good Elks. But the accordion thing is just not me.
