I would like the diameter of my shaft taken down to 12.5 mm and lengthen the pro taper a little. Can anyone here that uses a taper shaper give me a quick turn around time?

The shaft is a lakewood Diveney, currently about 12.8mm. Thanks.

I should have read your post first, then your PM.
A taper-shaper is not necessary for a turn-down.

I've done WELL over 1,000 T/Ds, all by hand while the shaft is spinning in the lathe. It usually takes about 20 min. start to finish.
 
Perfect. I'll get it in the mail today. Also, there is a very good chance I will be ordering a matching 314 from you in the near future. So if you would take some measurements of the collar while you have it that would be great. Thanks again,
