I must admit that I like getting repped on posts. It's kind of a conformation of your thoughts.

I enjoy the good and the bad "rep" comments that I get. I would like to see the comments function stay and the points and rep list go away.

What purpose does the 'friends' function serve? What are its benefits?
Someone who has many friends will probably form their own 'gang' so they can be influential .... LOL kind of like the mafia ...


I found the rep function useful until it became nothing more than a popularity
contest, and it devalued into nothingness.

I would rather see a billiard product rating system. What type of cue do you have? Rate it 1-10 with 10 being the highest. It would our own 'Consumer Reports' system, and I think it would be very useful, especially for someone wanting to buy some billiard products.

You share some of my sentiments and I like the idea of rating billiard products but that would simply increase the number of multiple identities for certain people bent on skewing the billiard product rep system.
