Got this cue from Eddie last week and I must say it is the best cue I've hit E - V - E - R ! This is merely some pics to share with my fellow AZer's. This will be my baby from now on, cause I ain't never sellin it!

The cue's specs:

- Piloted Ivory Joint
- Ivory Ferrule Shafts
- 5/16x14 Pin
- Cocobolo Forearm
- 4 long Curly Points
- 4 short Tulip Wood Points
- Birds Eye Handle
- Tulipwood Butt Sleeve
- Ivory Hoppe Ring
- Tan Phenolic Ring work with ebony/ivory
- Coco ring and a tulip ring above/below handle
- No Bumper or bolt (that's wood colored in with a sharpie)

SORRY, the fuzzy pics are due to a stinkin scratch on my camera lens. "How'd that get there?"

nice

I like the looks of this allot. Bet it shoots good. How much does his cues usually cost if you don't mind me asking?

He's in the blue book.

$4-500 for a nice sneaky with ringwork at the joint and butt

$800-1000 for a decent 4 point with a leather wrap

$1200 -1500+ for a cue like mine.

PM me for his number if you want it.

Eddie is one of those small time cue makers that makes few cues per year. He is not in it for the money, although he doesn't mind making a little money here and there. His cues are legendary for that unmistakeable 'Farris Hit' that so many of the top players around my area enjoy. You see, Eddie knows how to make a shaft really come to life. Buddy Hall's exact words were, "Eddie is the best in the world when it comes to shafts."

The cue that I have is without a doubt, the absolute best hitting cue I've ever hit period. I have always wanted a cue with an ivory joint and now that I have it, I am incredibly grateful. Ya know, I spoke with Eddie tonight, and he mentioned something that really struk a chord.

His exact words were, "One thing about a cue is if you like the way it hits. That is something you just can't buy. Before you think about letting your cue go, make sure you think twice before you do, cause when you got a one of a kind that hits the way you like, that may never come around again..... ever!"

Those are words of wisdom I'll never forget.

Thank you Duane,
It is definitely a dream come true, literally.
I like it's features and the fact that it doesn't have inlays.
It has just what it needs, and nothing more.
