Looking for a particular break cue

Ladies and Gents -

I played with a local player (Joe in Knoxville) that had the most amazing break cue I have ever used. He told me the guys name who made it but due to a horrible short term memory I cant remember it! Some details - The butt was black dyed maple with a white butt cap and joint. Had the number 014 on it as it was one of the original 15 he made. I swear I was told he lives and works in or around Greenville SC and is also a touring pro. The thing that stood out the most about the cue was that it had a clear acrylic ferrule threaded onto it. Was told the ferrule was original. Help me out here folks!!!

Thanks
Chris

Hi Cris! I was curious about the break cue you were talking about . May I just ask how much do you think it weighs? And lastly, if it has any fiberglass or graphite lamination (I think)... I'm also considering changing my J/B cue and trying to look for the best candidate... Thanks and I hope you don't mind my questions

Nope no fiberglass or graphite. I believe the shaft had a very short taper as well. Weighed about 19oz and in my opinion was perfectly balanced. Didnt seem butt heavy or forward heavy. Had a clear acrylic ferrule and a hard as hell samsara break tip. Hell it could have just been the tip for all I know! You'd probably be better off asking the guy in the thread above who sells them all the specs...
