Anyone know how i can make my upload speed faster. I ran a test, and it was 496 kbps, which is the border line to watch online streaming. Thanks again for any help.

If you really ran a test on upload speed, that was the wrong test. You want to test download speed, the rate of moving data from a remote server onto your pc. Most test sites offer tests of both.

dslreports.com is a great place to see what kind of speeds you're getting. just click on "Tools" and then "speed tests" should give you pretty good data plus you can compare your results with others that use the same providers.
