If you want the numbers and track lines try Jimmy Reids "Almost everything I know". Freddy B has a great video collection called "Banking with the Beard" Bugs Rucker also has a great DVD. You can't go wrong with any of those. I forgot to metion LittlejoeV has a good video out as well. AZ has an instructional review section now so you can read the reviews before you purchase. The book Banking with the Beard is, in my opinion, the one stop shop for bank information. There is also a dvd called Banking with the Beard, The Movie. I think the dvd is good because it shows the banks in the book, but I like to use the book like a textbook and have it open while I practice.
If you can execute everything in that book consistently, you would no doubt be a professional level banker.

Jack Koehler's "Upscale One Pocket" has easy-to-remember tracks for two, three and four rail banks (all to the corners, of course). I like his method of memorizing "boundary" tracks and using them to estimate intermediate tracks within them. For instance, his long-rail-first two-rail track boundaries look like this (from memory):
