Pete Tonkin Cues/Laminated Shafts...

I have been thinking of picking up one of Pete’s cues, but I don’t really know anything about them. I’ve seen some of his work on the forum, and that looks great, but was wondering if somebody that has played with one of his cues can post (or PM me) their opinions on how they are built and how they play?

Also, if anyone has any info and/or experience on Tonkin’s LAMINATED Shafts, I would love to hear some input on those as well.

I have talked to Pete, and he seemed great and very knowledgeable. I just wanted to get some opinions of players along with the cue maker himself.

I hit a few balls (unchalked) with both types of his shafts at the SBE and was pleased with both. Cues had a nice crisp lively feel to them.
