"Tunechi" New AZer

I bought a shaft for a friend from this user and I am also having the same problem. Please post negative feedback or report this user to a mod so others don't get involved with this person.

Hey, I'm giving hime every opportunity to "man up" so far, no dice. I started this thread to make sure it is known that he cannot be trusted. Until he proves otherwise, post on! I will leave a neg when the time is right. Thanks
 
I think you missread or didnt understand my offer in the original post. I offered to send the shaft to you, and if it worked for you then you could send the money. This was Simply to help you out since you where taken advantage of or scamed as a fellow Azer, That was my offer.And if didnt work out for you what would you be out of 6.00 bucks for return shipping.:thumbup:

lucky, I almost buy the stuff from this guy, but when I ask provide newspaper with stuff by pics then........he couldnt, so I just took off......

Provide photo with newspaper and stuff u buy maybe it's the idea...

Hey, you are right. I was suspicious from the start, since he had not posted a thread trying to sell the 3 shafts he said he had- A 314, 3142, and a Z2, all Uniloc, with a black collar. He also did not provide me with his ebay username, after telling me he had over 100 feedbacks on ebay, and I did notice he had just joined this forum. I also am rather new to this forum, but I will be glad to tell anyone I have 475 positive at 100% feedback on ebay, but only 1 Itrader here. I was concerned for many reasons, and should have followed my instincts. he is probably an Ebay reject with a new Paypal account, attempting to use this forum to further use others. I will not let this go until I have complete retribution.

Hey, it looks like we screwed up, and trusted a newbie, with no pics or rep. I WILL get my $ back, but that is not the real point. I don't have a shaft, or my $ right now. I must wait for the outcome, unless he decides to handle my claim like a man, and it does not appear that will happen. Good Luck with your deal with him. We will overcome this, and put it where it belongs- behind us!:thumbup:

But, it has only been 4 days. Seems rather quick to start a public flogging.

Well, if you had the communications I have had with him, and his responses, you would not hesitate to continue with this thread. I will make them public when the time is right. He only has to respond to a Paypal claim and refund the funds. It takes several minutes to do this. Instead, he responded to me, trying to fluke me into dropping the claim, thereby clearing his account, with NO chance of me recovering my funds. I would never open a dispute or claim this quickly with the right responses from a seller. But when you are ignored and told things like " I was busy", or "I was away" only days after being promised shipment on a certain day, and the individual has 0 Itraders, and provides no proof of shipment, and has the opportunity for the last 48 hours to rectify this through Paypal, after messaging me, with access to a computer, obviously, then he gets his due. As a seller, I see your point. Hopefully, you see mine.

Hi, this thread was started only after repeated messages by him stating that he would resolve it. Instead of resolving it, he continued to message me, rather than addressing the shipping of the item, or responding to Paypal. Also, earlier in the thread, another AZer also bought a shaft. They are having the same problem with specific details regarding shipping, or a refund. This individual has had enough access to a computer to message me. Immediately after telling me he would contact Paypal, and refund, he logged off. I have no emails from Paypal, and my account status remains the same. he hs not posted to the forums for 3 days, but occassionally has sent me PMs, trying to put off giving me concrete info concerning this transaction

Check post #27. Same issue. I will do everything to keep this thread at the top for all to see, cause 100 bucks to me is alot of $ right now. I am a working class guy, brutally honest, who does not take this kind of razz lightly.

Thanks for bringing the post back to the point Big J......someone on az got screwed (or at the very least it appears that way) and we need to keep the pressure on the other party to resolve it or be banished to a-hole land.

I must say Here Bob, Im glad to see members reaching out to help each other with everything going on in todays world. It must just be the fact that the poster just wants a LD shaft as he said cause someone that was in need of a shaft fast and was in a bind would have been all over your offer. Thanks for trying to help a fellow member out anyhow, I loike to read things like this on this forum like it used to be instead of others comeing on here and just ripping otfor you others off. We dont need them on our forum..I will send you some Green for your effort,<<<ED

Johnny, I don't blame you one bit. $100 is a $100. It's also the principle behind this.

This clown is making it hard for newbies to be trusted. Not that there haven't been some shady transactions recently, but it's a shame you have to rely on escrow/third party handlers for a $100 shaft nowadays.

@ least you're protected by Paypal.

Same Guy

Interesting. The same guy offered to sell me a Jacoby jump cue that I have been looking for. I almost took the offer, as he had all of the models at a decent price. But he avoided the question when I asked if he was a dealer with Rep. on AZ. I have to have something to tell me a guy is on the up when I'm sending $100 plus out. I need AZ rep or Ebay rep, or I just don't buy. It looks like my question saved me some money on this occassion. Thanks for the info.

Another guy PM'd me and said he has a current claim also, for an item purchased 2 weeks ago. I asked him to post to this thread about his ordeal
 
i think u are just impatient. 4 days and u filed a claim? like u said, the other guy waited for 2 weeks.
