Pool hall in Bend, Oregon

I was over there a couple of years ago...searched high & low, couldn't find a hall with 9' tables. For bar table action? Black Horse...a bar with some Valley tables...205605 Brinson Blvd. Better do a map quest to find it.

Forget downtown..just a tourist trap area...the locals seem to play at Black Horse.

Fox Billiard lounge must be fairly new...next time I'm in Bend, I might go there...

(edit) But maybe not...just noticed red cloth in the pics...might be more of a fern bar than a pool hall.

Yeah, Fox's just opened last year (so it says on their Facebook page). I can deal with the red felt as long as they play OK. I called down there. They've got 6 table. Unfortunately no tourneys during the time we're there.

Heading out tomorrow morning. Anyone else have any suggestions?

Gonna be in Black Butte next week and am looking for somewhere to play.

Anyone ever play here?: http://foxsbilliards.com/

Also, anyone know any other decent places to play in the Central Oregon area?

Any of you players in the Bend Oregon area know a guy named Brian Hemmingson. He'd be about 60. I was in the Navy with him back during Nam and we used to play when ever we could in port. Just wonder if he's still playing. I believe his family owned a Piano and Organ store and rental property there.

I live in bend and fox's is the only decent place to play 8 foot golden wests with tourney cloth. They are located on newport just west of downtown. There is a added 9 ball tourney every sunday at 6pm. We dont have any public 9 footers around here :/ And if you want a 7 foot blackhorse has 5 tables, or mountains edge has 8 foot valleys (mt's edge leave there tables open all the time). As far as a brian i cant say i know him, i've been playing pretty regular around here for 7 or 8 years.
