Long story short - I traded for another of Chaz Dillon's orders - so now I have three or four on order with him. Then.......I treated poor Cody just the same and put him off longer than we agreed on starting the case............aaaaargh, I swear it's tough looking at a full order book and feeling the pain every time you dog something and have to start over.
Doing cases the way we do it where I am always refining the process and trying to make something better has it's good points because each case is the best we have ever done up til that moment but also it's bad points because it means that everyone is often working in unfamiliar territory on each case.
Anyway, it is what it is and I don't see us changing any time soon so we will be slow.
Cody, I made yours a JB Case and not a J.Flowers series case. Being that we did the inlay on the back, the new L-zippers on the pockets and the fancy logo it sits a step above the regular J.Flowers Tribute series.
The style however is completely influenced from the cases made by Nora Van Horn and Jay Flowers - more about that here
www.jbcases.com/jflowers.html for any of you who were ever wondering what the NVH maker's mark stamp on many of the J.EF Q Cases stood for.
Thank you for the business Cody and hopefully the case gives you many many years of great service.
