WTB cue up to $400

Ok, I'm looking for a cue - up to $400 but cheaper the better.

Specs required;

Firm hit preferred.
SS joint preferred.
Must be in good condition.
Shaft and butt must be dead straight.
Custom or production.
Balanced more to the back than the front.
Plain janes/sneakies preferred.
Must be prepared to ship to UK.


I am looking for a cue that plays well only - I am not interested in how it looks, resale value or any fancy gimmickry - I want it to play the lights out. I shoot hard and straight.

WTB-Cue To 400

I have a wrapless Bacote cue that is 19 oz 3/8x10 brass pin shaft is 12.9m,m shipped and insured to UK for 350.00 for pics email me at

I suggest a Adams Custom Cue. I have a GB2 I payed 400 for and it plays great. MY GB has a shorter butt than most cues. It's about 1/2 inch shorter than most. The shaft is the standard length with a Pro Taper. It hard to descibe balance about something. Thats one thing only handling will do.

Billiards Warehouse has them and the Hall of Fame collection also

Also, you can go their website and have a "custom" cue made.

I've had mine for about 5 years now with no issues. People that have hit with it all say it hits great and has a nice feel to it.

Playing the lights out is up to you though, but this sure can be the instrument needed to do so. FWIW
