APA Team Nationals In Vegas Question

Chances are great nothing will happen to your cues, as long as you pack them well.
The first time I went out for teams, my wife and I packed our cues and cases in a very large suitcase. Now with size restrictions I couldn't even use that case without being charged a scandalous "oversized bag" fee.
Earlier this year my sis and I went out for the Jack & Jack tourny. I stuck our cues and cases in a zipper dufflebag and locked the zipper down with a TSA approved lock, so no one but a TSA agent could open the lock.

To answer your question, yes there are bunches of vendors there that would love to sell you a cue.

The National Team Championship is from 8/22-8/28, but we have not received our flight schedules yet. I am originally from Rochester Hills, MI, which is about 35 miles north of Detroit. My house up there is about 10 miles from where the Piston's play at the Palace of Auburn Hills. Oh yea, our team is called Even Stroke.

Wow, I can't believe I got it all together and am actually going to Vegas. Wish me luck, cuz I ain't got the skill :grin: (I'm only a 2 in 8-ball, but am on a good and honest team).
