SOLD - Thank you.

Here is another of our prototype cases. This one is a black 3x6 in high grade upholstery vinyl.

This one features some pocket improvements over earlier prototypes suggested by Ron Shirley and Nathan Padgett.

Ron suggested putting zippers around the sides for better access and Nathan suggested we put a shallow divider just below the surface of the pockets to add another compartment into each pocket. So we did.

So this case actually has five compartments in the two pockets. The lower pocket has one zipper on the side for access to the largest space. One zipper on top gives you access again to the large space and the other zipper is for the shallow space, (good for folded paper and the like). And there is a dedicated jump handle compartment on the side.

On the top pocket you have access to the large space through the L-zipper, access to a shallow space through one of the top zippers (perfect for a wallet or keys or cell phone) and access again to the large space through the other top zipper.

The bottom of the case has our non-slip rubberized material to keep the case from sliding and as you can see we have a nice long thick shoulder pad which also has the same non-slip grippy material.

The interior is our UltraPad style.

I received my case from John in 3 business days in New Jersey. John is a stand up guy to deal with and his products are well thought out. I like the fact that John is constantly looking to improve his designs and listens to the suggestions of his customers.

That's because John has figured out that who better to tell you what would make for a great case but those for whom you are making the cases for...the real-world users. I'm not talking about cases that are likely to wind up for the most part unused in a collection or used for storage only...I'm talking about cases for people who actually carry them day-to-day.

I remember contacting him sometime ago just to mention that I thought that the space in the pocket interiors could be utilized better. I think one of my pet peeves was having to dig around inside looking for my joint protectors at the end of a session. Everything seems to fall to the bottom of the pocket...kinda like a treasure hunt when cleaning them out, never know what you're gonna find!...LoL!!

I was so happy to see that he began to find better ways to utilize that space...places for JP's and chalk, for example...and making them readily accessible. Simple little things like that...which I am sure took some noodle-ing on his part to make a reality, but make for an ultimately user-friendly case.

I have a great appreciation for anyone who can make a great looking, durable case...but that's only half of the case. John is constantly pushing the envelope on what is going on inside the case...because that is what ultimately matters when it comes to protecting your cues. I think he blew the doors off the industry when he went to Sterling and helped to design and re-design cases that were well within the reach of the 'common' pool player. So even your $100-$200 cue was afforded the same protection as a $1K+ cue.

It's no secret I am a fan of his cases...I have had the pleasure of owning his designs from Instroke to the Sterling Wave. They are well thought out and crafted, and he stands behind his product. The word 'passion' is an understatement.

It's all in the details.

Only lines on a paper from me!

This is a super looking case. JB's cases just seem to leapfrog levels lately. This looks like an amazing case for the daily run to the pool hall.
