An other aiming thread

I just hit about 8 racks in the basement. And I am back on my game. All these aiming threads/videos got me a screwed up for the last year or so.
Just like the color of money. Its just balls and a stick. I always wondered how these master/top amateur players that can hardly see and still run racks. I believe its all angles. Look at the ob and then concentrate on the angle your cue is stroking. I just can't miss. I have a diamond with 4" pockets and I'm hitting which ever part of the pocket I want. All by just concentrating on the angle of the cue. Not looking any special spot on the ob ball.

Maybe it’s just an on night but I think I got my game back. Thought I'd share it with the az'ers

I believe that aiming systems are good to learn the game with. A player has to get rid of the aiming system and go "natural" to play the game well.

My mind can only focus on one maybe two things at a time. If my center of focus is always on my aim, then other aspects of my game will suffer.

I will go back to aiming systems when I'm trying to work a problem out.
