An Interesting Match Underway

Brilliant. Stephen still has quite the game left in him. I always root for him at the World Championships. If he wins an 8th title at this age, it would solidify him as the greatest of all time.
 
Beautifully done. He failed badly on a relatively easy shot in the 5th game - and that was the match. I was sorry to see that miss.

Finding working links has been a pain.
BBC is only broadcasting in Wales.
So the only links I have found are Eurosport.
Some links have no commentary, only the refereee announcing the score.
 
greatest player ever

no doubt stephen hendry is the greatest player ever to wield a cue. i think ronnie o'sullivan said it best in an interview that steve davis had the ability to make you look stupid at the table, but stephen hendry could dominate so completely as to make you feel like you shouldn't be even playing.

very fortunate are those whom have had the opportunity to witness his genius in the era of the late 80's-90's
