What is This Cue ?!?

First I know the pics suck, but I only had my phone. The front is a nice figure bem with ebony points/ spear caps. There is a reddish stain on the front and the rings look to be a nickle silver. The joint is a 5-16/14 piloted stainless joint.

I cant seem to find anything close to this cue, any help would be appreciated. The cue isnt mine, Im looking it up for a friend but Im stuck.
