Resonantly I bought some Taig parts from a company name call Super Tech
http://www.super-tech.com/ his name is Denmnis Bohlke. I order over the phone with him and tell him I want 2 headstock, 2 of 3/4-16 3 jaw chuck, and 2 set of aluminum 3 jaws. He sent me email and confirmation of my order and total. I call and confirm my order and pay with my card. When the package arrived 2 item was wrong he sent me 2 tailstock with dead center instaded of 2 3/4-16 3 jaw chuck. I sent him email and call left him phone message the very next day. I did not get respond from the seller. I call sent email and call again the next day again he answer he said he's drive up to visiting his daughter tonight can't talk on the phone while he's driving. He said I'll call you tomorrow morning. I said ok no problem. The next day I waited until noon and I call him. He answer and he said send item back I'll have it exchange for you.

Daisy at Taig tools definitely remembers sending you the two headstocks, 3 jaw chucks and blank soft jaw set.



You are going to have to send the two tailstocks with dead center back to convince her that she sent the wrong items to you.

If it were me I would just call Daisy and Cliff. I am for sure that they will get you taken care of..
 
Daisy is up in age, so my advice is do what the guy said and send the parts to Daisy with a note saying what should have come with your shipping address and phone number and she will send you back the right parts. Sometimes the best solution to a problem may not be the one you want.
 
She is probably correct in her memory and did send them out... Just to the guy that ordered the stuff you got!

Thanks for all the advice guys. I did sent both tailstock back to the guy that I bought from.
 
For Taig parts I allways use Nick Carter.

Nick is great and he gives 10% of Taig list prices on almost everything. Fast response and great communication. He also maintains more than one website full of info and with tons of links about Taig equipment.
