I am not sure if this has been posted in here before, but "Calired" interviewed Justin at the Derby this year, if you haven't watched this you should it's excellent, Justin is very candid and shares a lot of information in what it takes to operate TAR. He explains how TAR began, and he gives some hints to what the future might hold for TAR.

Its over an hour long, but well worth it if your a fan of TAR.

Some of my video's are a bust, at least as far a being able to generate comments about them. The original link to them, only had 8 people reply, some of them multiple times.

Don't know if they were just boring interviews, or if Justin didn't say anything at all anywhere, that made someone want to comment on, or maybe it was I did such a through job of interviewing, that he answered every question that anyone ever wanted to hear.:D

I thought we had a pretty big TAR nation out there, and I hope they all got to hear it. I love those kind of interviews that take me back to revisit the early days of someone's business.

I think it might be that you tied the poor guy to a chair while his nose was running, eyes watering, forehead sweating, and the involuntary shakes from cold chills were all more than apparent due to some Southern Indiana BUG. Seriously though, I liked hearing the history, and hearing Justin's thoughts on what the future may bring for both TAR and pool in general.

While I do post quite frequently on this forum, I'm not a Facebook kinda guy who "likes" things, or puts comments on Youtube....so, I guess that's what I'm doing here. Never understood the reasoning for comment sections on Youtube....in fact, I NEVER read them anymore. From what I remember they usually turn into flame contests from 3 or 4 people anyway.
 
What got me was the "over an hour long" part..... While I am sure that it's full of great information I just don't want to invest that kind of time...

If you are going for a long interview you need to organize the questions by topic and then try and break them into 10 minute sections.... I'd like to know what Justin see as the future of Tar but I don't know if I want a history lesson or commentary on Tar21....

I think this is why many long interviews are transcribed... If I had a transcription of the questions asked with starting points on the video I would likely be thrilled to death that CaliRed took the time to sit down with Justin.......

Just my opinion.... It is great that they both took the time to do the interview.....
 
I'll watch them at some point when I get a chance. Can't do videos at work, even when I can get through the system to check posts.

I'm interested. Timing, timing, timing. Or lack of time, in my case. Off to shoot some pool!
