Daniel "I ain't Dubya" Busch and Barbara "Barb-B-Cue" Lee will be streaming the finals of this event starting at Noon PST/3PM EST.

They are new to the streaming business but have done their homework with the help of our friend Andy Chen (AndyofLA). They streamed and commentated the New World Billiards "Weekly 9-Ball Tournament" on November 28 as sort of a test run and I must say it went great. The settings, sound, etc are all set up right and I have a sneaking suspicion that Andy had something to do with that! If so, thanks Andy -- job well done sir!

Like I said, this is a new stream so don't forget to click the "Join Crowd" icon above the video ... you might want to do that now so that it pops up as being live on your dashboard as a reminder! If you are not familiar with what the "dashboard" is, click on the link below my signature for your answer.

"I ain't Dubya" stated several times that he wants things right for the viewers and would appreciate any input so don't be shy. He also requested folks to send him a friendship request at Facebook as he will be making announcements/keeping folks apprised of what is coming up there as well. I have a gut feeling that good things will come from this group :D.

Ken Elton of NWB emailed saying that the plan is to have brackets on line for this event but it's a wait and see at this point as he is in the midst of "home improvements". "If" one is done the link will be posted in the header above the chat.

Ken also stated: "We are currently compiling the list of players and should have a complete list by tomorrow morning. I will email the list to Daniel (Busch) as soon as it is completed. We will also be working on the payouts at the same time. We have 61 players currently eligible but there is one last qualifying tournament tonight at Plush Pocket Billiards, Northridge, CA. Upon the completion of this tournament we will have the final count of players and will be able to determine the payouts. The BIG DEAL tournament is a double elimination race to 7 on the winners and race to 5 on the losers side. The Final 16 players will be returning on Sunday to finish the tournament."

Thanks "I ain't Dubya" (lol). I noticed the stream start time as being Noon vice the 11AM I posted earlier (which I based on info obtained from the above flyer). I'm thinking that the 11AM is "show-up" time rather then stream time. Could you please advise -- thanks.

Is there any place that explains the handicap system?

eg: player A (.43) plays player B (1.02), what is the handicap for the match?
