NEW Slate moving Invention

Hello Everyone,

wanted to share my new invention in the main forum to see what people thought of it. Any input would be appreciated. A personal thanks to RKC for all of his inspiration.

Looks handy!

I could not tell from video. Does the weight of the slate ride on the frame or are the wheels clamped on? If clamped that could be trouble or even maybe damage the slate. I would want the weight riding on the frame with an end turned "up" so to speak.

Same concept with the handle end. I think I would prefer to have a positive hold on the slate with a strap around the bottom of the slate. That would avoid the possibility of the handle coming loose and the slate becoming a "run away" and doing damage to the slate or the building.

Just my .02...

thanks, yes there are many safety features that lock the slate on in addition to the OTLVISE clamp. The slate weight does ride on the top of the axle.
