Do a regular post to start a new thread. Down at the bottom of that screen is a place to mark that you want a poll, and how many choices it should have (I think, that number may come later). When you click on Submit, it will bring up a new screen where you title the poll and fill in the choices. When that's done, the whole thing goes into creating the new thread. You can also choose if you want the poll to be time limited (a week, a month, whatever) or not. I think you can pick whether the votes will be anonymous or not too.
