Fellini Case?

I got this case lastnight from a guy I know... He told me it's an all original Fellini case... The tag on the inside reads "Centennial" Houston, Texas...

Can anybody tell me if this case is truly an original Fellini and what it might be worth...

Hello. The case is NOT a Fellini. It is what it says it is, a CENTENNIAL case. They are two different makers. Both are nice cases.

I'd say minimum of $250 and up. Given the shape I can tell from the pics, around $250 to $275 or so if I had to guess.

Cue fix was correct, this is a Centennial case. No relation to Fellini cases, IMHO the Centennial is actually a better, heavier case. But not quite as collectible as Fellinis of course, because of their association with the classic cues. The Centennials were in business still for several years after Bob shut down the Fellini shop. You tend to see a lot of them down here in Texas. Terry Nance in your home town used to have a damn nice black suede Centennial case, but this was back in the mid 90s.

Thats good to hear on Joe! I hope he is doing well too. I miss Percys, haven't been in there in years, but I hear it has changed a lot. That used to be one of the few old time type pool halls you could still find, with wooden benches and tarpaper floors. Domino players and plenty of railbirds!

If memory serves, Centennial cases were made from the early to mid 80s until the early 90s. I think the guys name was Mike Bargman? Bergman? something like that... The Centennial name became a bit tarnished when they stopped, again if I remember right they went out of business with a lot of paid orders on hand or something like that. I may be thinking of someone else though, I'm sure some other AZ'ers may remember.

According to the man that I bought my Centennial from it has NEVER been touched... According to him it's ALL original, inside and out...

It would look a lot better if I did clean it but I thought that it might take away from its character, value, and collectability...

Do ya'll think I should clean my Centennial..?
