what kind of cue do you believe it to be? it looks older especially the older linin wrap.. but it has the joint pins in the shafts... is it maybe a early robinson cue?

I think it's a Spain, chartreuse rings, pins in the shaft, right bumper, everything sure seems right to me
 
Definately a Spain, however it might have been bought off line OR Captain Doogooder has told him what it might be and it will be back online in a few weeks authenticated by Joel Hercek, etc.. etc.. etc..... at the proper pricing amount.
