Just checked out the kindle store for the first time in a month and suddenly they have a ton of pool books available.

Just downloaded Banking with the Beard, after that I am totally gonna read pool wars also available now. So happy:smile:

Billiards as it should be played Willie Hoppe and Billiards with out a master Michael Phelan. Who ever is responsible for this thank you.

Maybe they will get to The Lions and Lambs soon so I don't have to shell out $300 dollars for a moldy copy.

Amazon is a great place but if the new books are like mine, Right On Cue. We paid Amazon to carry our books in their store. At least I know, I did.

Glad you're enjoying seeing more of them there.

It's the way of the business world. The big guy runs it and the little guy is at their mercy.

But it does have it's advantages. Road Hustler, found a lot of new pool books to download on his Kindle. So things aren't that bad.

I've had a couple of downloads since this thread started. I'm finding, it's reaching people that like to read fiction pool stories that's difficult.

Yes $2.99 is a great price. It's as low as I'm allowed to go, under my contract with Amazon. I'd rather sell a lot of downloads than not sell any at all.

I hope you enjoy the story. I have a screen play being written for it and I'm hoping for a movie.

If you don't mind my asking, what have your Kindle sales been like...??

I bought a hard copy from you just after the APA last year, but I was curious if ebook sales are good...

The only pool ebook I own is Zen Pool by Max Eberle...

But I buy everything that comes out related to pool in hard form...

Sales are pretty good. In fact, This month, I'm setting my record for sales. It doesn't sound like much but I've sold eleven downloads. I feel, I'm finally reaching more and more people and word of mouth is helping.

I just wish, more people would take the time to review my book.

I'm also in the process of having a screen play written for a possible movie.

You do not need a kindle reader. The kindle system is amazing. There is a Kindle app for IOS and for Android and a browser based app for windows. Using these apps anything purchased for the Kindle is available on all these devices all the time and synched to where you left off reading on any other device.

If I have to pay for a new book then I prefer to buy it on the Kindle platform for this reason.
