Possible to CNC?

Good evening all,

Just a question on CNCing a pre-existing cue.

I have an Ebony into Birdseye sneaky pete with a Hoppe ring. I had the idea of having some "arrowhead" points cnc'd onto the tip of the ebony points. Is this possible to do on a cue that already exists? I know it would need to be refinished after the job. Just wanted to make sure it can be done prior to seeking quotes.

I know I could just go the custom route. However, I really like the way this cue plays (its my 1pkt player) and money saved is always a good thing <grin.>

I appreciate your time answering.

Yes, easily done. The only drawback is what you mentioned, it would need to be refinished.

Thank you Dick!

I appreciate you letting me know.

Such a coincidence. An ebony sneaky pete that you made was actually my inspiration to want to expand on mine. Karma that you are the one that answered my question =)

When I finalize how I want to do it, Karma is saying I send it to you :) Do you accept this type of work?

Sometimes. I usually recommend repairs to be done locally so as to save ship/ins. However, if the owner is insistent, especially since it is a cue I built, then of coarse I would do it.
