playing cue recommendation?

i removed the weight bolt in the butt myself. :)) does it void warranty after chalking??

Theoretically it does. You need to check back with your seller or you can email Mezz's customer service in your region.

Make sure you have clean hands and chalk the cue carefully (do not make a mess of the ferrule).
The ferrules on a WD700 get dirty pretty easily, so again take care not to touch the ferrule with the chalk.

You can easily play with the cue for 15 minutes and if you do not like it clean the chalk of the tip and nobody will be able to tell it was ever used.

Mezz axi is a great hitting cue , plays stiff and you can get a extion for it also..

or just cover the ferrule with some sticky tape :) mezz is a good choice, i wonder why not more people here around play with one.

i actually ment here in luxemburg :) most people here play predator, schon, joss, mcd but mezz is nearly unknown. i think there are even more custom cues than mezz cues used here around

Little late, but AZs very own cue-maker Chuck Starkey has nice cues that tend to run on the light side. They are priced very reasonably as well.

Be wary of all advice you receive on this forum. Cues are hugely subjective and personal.

I recommend you try as many as you can, and buy from somewhere that offers a return service, if at all possible.

or a Predator.

What he said. And the Predators have (optional) weight kits so you can find a comfortable playing weight.
