Meucci Sneaky pete/ Black Dot vs Red Dot?

Get the red dot, or better yet have you a custom shaft made by someone like Steve Lomax. I have a brand new meucci sneaky pete butt I would let go for around 75.00, if your interested.

The black dot is awful!

Not sure why you want a Meucci with so many better options out there but if you go that route, red is better

The Red dot is just a plain wood shaft like any other, but with a Red dot.

The Black dot is a flat laminated shaft intended to produce a greater range of radial stability and consistancy.

Any shaft can be either good or bad regardless of design. Generally laminated shafts are more 'predictable' but that doesnt neccessarily mean good or bad.

More important factors would be overal length, weight, taper, ferrule type - construction and tip.

If you don't know the answer to those questions then I wouldn't be overly concerned about what shaft you get untill you do.
