OK They said that it cannot be later than 384-96??? Well I have one that's 392-96 and it was ship out on 5/15/96! 3 days after jerry past away. And I talk to laurie yesterday and she say that jerry work on that cue but didn't have a chance to ship it out and it is a jerry franklin southwest cue.I have the original receipt that I email it to her and she stated that the invoice look correct. The cue was ship out 3 days after he past away so it has to be a jerry cue for sure right? You think they made that cue in 3 days? I want to know the opinion of the SW expert to verified this please! even though laurie verified already which is good enough for me but want to see what other SW expert think? Thanks

Pay Laurie for LOA, confirming what she told you. Especially if you're planning to sell it in the future as a Jerry Franklin cue.

I have the original receipt! Thats better than LOA. but I'm considering to get LOA from laurie anyway.I just want to see what a SW expert cue think?

I'm not sure what you're really asking. Laurie told you it was a Franklin-era cue. However, in that last year, Jerry did not work that much on the cues. But, that really doesn't matter.

Freddie <~~~ not claiming to be an expert an anything

You already got your answer who else could authenticate it better? It's like asking Bill Gates about a Windows 1.0 disk you found, then asking a computer forum if he was right.

I have dealt in Southwest cues for few years now and have a special interest in JF southwest cues. On this forum, from my experience, any 1996 and older Southwest cue is sold and considered as a Jerry Franklin Southwest. Theres more to it than just Jerry working exclusively on the cue because he had others working on different parts of the cues as they were built. It is his presence at the shop and oversight that counts.
Just my 2 cents.

So I guess nobody know what the last cue he worked on? There are couple cue on the site that claim to be jerry franklin last cue he worked on and the pin# is 382-96! Now you see what I'm saying? So are they lying about their cue? cause my is 392-96 and laurie confirm it was build when jerry was still alive. So what pin# is really the # of jerry franklin SW cue?????

Are you asking what was the LAST cue is that can be called "Jerry Franklin era" or just if YOUR cue is a Jerry era one? Because you did not say anything about the "last" cue he worked on till just now, just if yours was made while he was alive. Either way, Laurie would probably have the best answer.

no I'm asking is my cue was the last cue.All I'm saying is that I see couple posted that they are the last cue that jerry worked on.I already know my is a jerry franklin SW cue cause laurie told me that over the phone.I just want to know that are all 1996 cue is jerry franklin or else?

Thanks a lot guys! I just got all my answer from a couple of cue expert! This tread is now officially close! have a great day!!!
