It's cue chalk that's made in Russia, very hard to find. It's supposed to be about as good as, if not better than, Kamui chalk.

I have about 25 boxes. I would be willing to sell a couple. IMO it is better than Kamui chalk.

I use it and sell as well. It isn't like Kamui at all but that could be a great thing depending on what you feel about Kamui chalk. I have been using it for a few years and I find it a little softer than Masters, more consistent from piece to piece, but not usually get my hands all blue like Masters. Real close to Blue Diamond chalk in my opinion.
