I’m selling this for the owner. Up for sale is a Tim Scruggs cue that’s in like new condition. It has 4 ebony points with 4 veneers (yellow-orange-red-black) stained birdseye forearm, black with white speck linen wrap, and an ebony butt with non-ivory buttcap. Joint is 5/16X14 piloted.

Here are the specs:

-butt weighs 14.2 oz

-Shaft 1 weighs 4.3 oz, 12.95 mm, ivory ferrule, moori medium tip

-Shaft 2 weighs 4.3 oz, 13.00 mm, ivory ferrule, moori medium tip

Shafts and butt are straight with no dings in the shafts and no flaws in finish.

Asking price is SOLD. That includes shipping (CONUS only) and paypal fees. Not interested in trades.

wow

This is a hell of a price for this beauty! GLWS sir, someone will be very happy with this monster:)

A perfect player cue, just enough flash to look super sweet.
Scruggs is second to none... very nice offering.

balance point

I've had a few folks ask about balance point, and I just measured it...20 inches from the bumper. A little more forward balanced than usual, probably due to the massive shafts.

Oh yes. It will be mine.

Anyone want to guess whether it will knock out my Lambros 4-pointer as my main player? Kinda curious myself.

Cool Scruggs

00 and 01 Cues were some of my favorite playing Cues. You might want to add an ounce to the butt. That would make the balance point closer to 19 inches. I like it way up and 20 is nice!
Nick :)

Thanks for the info, Nick. Adding some weight is definitely something I want to try... would rather have it at 19.5 instead of 18.5, anyway. Are they pre-threaded for weight bolts? Can someone point me where to order one?

If this cue's a keeper, her name's going to be "Double-Ought".

I had an older Scruggs almost exactly like this one, but the veneers were different colors. That cue was a kick-ass player too. Hope you enjoy that beauty my friend. Congratulations!
