Trouble or success with replacing a warped shaft under warranty?

Was wondering if anyone ever had a warped butt or shaft under a lifetime warranty like from viking or mcdermott and had problems or success getting them replaced? ~Thanks guys
 
That's why I will never buy a predator again. Had a z shaft warp after three months. Basically they told me to stuff it.

Buddy of mine was told the same with his Russ Espiritu shaft. He bought another and for the past 8 years has been kept in the same case and enviorment. It is as straight as the day he bought it,what does that tell ya!.
BAD SHAFT

I quit dealing with him because of it.
