Allison Fisher

One Pocket John!

I clicked on the link and just about passed out.

WOW.

John

Now John,

You normally seem to be a rational man. Let's not let our (rhetorically our) imaginations run away with us to the point of passing out. If one passes out, one usually misses out.

Best Regards,

Be careful or you'll make her girlfriend jealous. :grin-square:

Oh crap, say it isn't so. If it is, my dopes are hashed. I mean my hopes are dashed.
I've been dreaming, lo these many years, that some rogue country would unleash a nuclear attack on the world, and when all the fallout had settled, Miss Fisher and I would be the only survivors. She could teach me how to play pool, and I could teach her how to write meaningless witicisms.

Just to set the record straight...she ins't married. And the child they have together is a boy.

(-:

How do two people of the same gender that are not married have a child together? I'm not trying to be funnny. I mean legally.

Is one's egg fertilized & then placed into the other to carry to term. Does that make the child both theirs, legally?

Can two(2) unmarried people legally adopt a child together?

Opppppps! This is non pool related. Well, I gues it is since Allison is a pool player.

Inquiring minds want to know.

Regards,

True story....

I was visiting family England in 1988 and my uncle is a referee. He was due to referee Allison in a match.

My aunt was away out of town for the week on business.

Doesn't my uncle go and have a heart attack (fortunately a mild one) like two days before the match.

We always joked it was the guilt!

And I never did get to see her play live. :(

Legally?

The quick answer is it varies from state to state.

My fantasy has always been to take her with me back in time to introduce her to all the "pros" I met who swore no woman could beat them....

The quick answer is it varies from state to state.

And another answer is that is a matter between the two people involved...but in general, there is no law in any state that would prevent one person from contributing financially...and in any other way...to the raising of a child based on an agreement with the child's mother.
