Eek! Ok, so most of the numbers are in. Looks like they're still compiling the team stuff. 309 in the B division. Yikes. Anybody navigating that minefield has got to be one lucky dog. I think they even dropped the race down to 4 for them this year.

I just want the brackets up already, so I can look at them every few hours for no real reason. :thumbup:

Around the PDX area there are tons of BCA divisions, some in-house and some travel. Even to get your 8 plays in, you could easily be a sub and get it done most of the time in the couple divisions I've played in.

The B was dropped to a race to 4, the A to a race to 5. It's going to make me feel like I'm playing an APA race. I'm kind of glad I don't have to go through 300+ people now, though.

You guys have a great league system. Can't believe the number of players for a regional event. 61 Master Singles entries? There were only 90 something for the Nationals last year! For comparison, check out the entries for the Eastern BCAPL event in Wheeling, WV. Who ever is running your league system must be doing something really right!!!!

Thought about hopping on a plane and coming out. Want another chance at Luke . Wait a minute, am I nuts? Don't answer that. Rhetorical question anyway.

Yeah, they put on a good tournament and usually Atwell, Turangeau and Louie are heading up the GM tournament.

I'd want another shot at Luke, too, if I were you! If I place high enough, I may get a shot at him myself in the Fall. Well, I guess I could always just buy into that division.

I got an 8b spot for APA singles. With any luck, I'll keep playing well. This should be a good year, carrying over from the last. Took the B, my team rocked our division, going to Vegas for APA, plan on going for BCA in July(?), should do well next month at the BCA regional. On top of that, trying to start a side business and having a 9-to-5.

If only I could quit my job and take lessons.
