Nice cue. Is Vollmer a German cue maker

Yes,Mike Vollmer is in Germany,and he learned cue building from Tony at Black Boar.I am told that his cues play very well,and as you can see the inlay work is beautiful,and it looks like a jeweler did it.I have never seen one in person,but it looks beautiful,and as I stated,if Tony at Black Boar taught Mike Vollmer,well then the quality is extremely high.GLWS to the OP.Awesome cue,IMO

8 ebony points with lot of smaller inlays of ivory, silver and Paua Shell; expecially flower-inlay rings.
black embossed Teju lizard wrap.
5/16x14 piloted stainless steel joint.
Shafts are with Ivory ferrule, 13.1mm for both.
The weight of Butt is 16.5 oz..
Both of shafts are 4.5 oz..
An amazing joint protector set (with the flower-inlay rings).
Only test-hiting for few balls.

You got to recheck your weight.
