Sorry that you are one of many good people on this forum screwed by Brian Kozy.
Thank you for starting this thread, I know it's difficult to go public on these issues, but it has to be done to protect other unsuspecting forum members.
I have warned people both publicly and privately about Brian Kozy.
My advice is to contact the police in his area, that's what I did.
Members beware because Brian Kozy will be back under different usernames attempting to screw more people.
Buyer beware when dealing with Brian Kozy from Pennsylvania.
AKA mzbhavnhrl, cSj0Ss, BB Kozy, probably more.
With enough pressure and possibly police involvement you may get your stuff, but I would definitely turn him in.

Sorry about the deal going bad. I was just wondering (and this seemed like a very good place to ask), has anyone ever had a deal truly go bad with someone who's had a perfect record for years? We'll take my stats as an example. I've been here for about 5 years, have been the buyer, seller, and done trades. An iTrader of 36, and a total of 44 perfect deals. Basically, has anyone ever been a perfect citizen for that long, with that many deals, and then, for an unknown reason, decided to turn into what basically amounts to a thief?

I wouldnt trade with anyone without escrow, or them sending their item to me 1st. Never. Sorry to the OP.

Likewise, regardless of AZ status. No worries, I have the best escrow in the world. When I sell I only use Paypal so everyone is safe. I have shipped and sold all over the world.

Anybody know who the POS is and where he lives. Report it a mailfraud to the postmaster and let's form a posse.
 
Did you send your stuff USPS?

Contact your postmaster with his contact information. They will contact his postmaster. They just want the shipper to know they really don't want to arrest them but that will depend on them cmmpleting shipment by usually 5 days and your satisfaction. You have documentation. Call if you have a question.

if he contact you to buy anything, get PAID first and than ship it to him or to me, so i can get even...lol

I've heard from some random person I met once, a suggestion to take action if you have a scammer's name and address.

1) Subscribe them to as many tasteless free trial magazines or similar as possible.

2) If you have their phone # too, then bombard their email and text messages by way of answering to a payday loan offer.

Etc, etc. The end result is, that dirtbag will sleep with one eye open or not be able to sleep at all.

Again, some random person I met told me this and I am NOT liable for this information. :)

Sorry to hear. What an idiot azzclown and cocky at that. Although this is a public forum where people from around the world are free to barter, buy and sell, can we enforce some ID checking? Looks like lil' kids are getting into bars.
 
Bad deal

Sorry to hear about your bad deal this guy is no good and you're among a lot of people who has bad dealings with this guy but this keeps happening with the same guy I hope you're the last everyone needs to stay clear of this guy and he should be band from this site DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS GUY
 
Back in Jan...

I was a newbie struggling so hard to even purchase something, let alone trade. The deadly trio is when someone has joined AZB within a month, has 0 iTrader transactions and has posted <15 informative posts. I remember I was in this same position back in January. You know how I began earning trust?

1) Provided my home phone #
2) Provided my email and physical address
3) Donated to this site to demonstrate that I'm here for the long run and to express gratitude and support for this board
4) Communicated with promptness, etiquette, details (no one liners, or two words, etc) and pure respect
5) Asked my respective Senior(s) (whom I'd perform research on as well) for assistance on how best to my handle my very first transaction with them and let them know that I am willing to take a hit or minor inconvenience to make a smooth transaction.
