So how many times have your cues fell out of your Justis case? Mine have never fell out of any of the 5 I have had? If jacks interiors are so bad why does he have customers paying $500 to $1500 for them? Don't get me wrong JB makes some nice cases but I don't think he should have to plunder in other people's products just to make a sale! Just my thoughts..
And if I send you a story about a guy whose $4500 in cues did come out of a case when he slipped on the ice and the lid on the Justis popped open would that make a difference?
Of course MOST people don't have the problem of their cues coming out. You can say that about any case where things are loaded into the top. People know what is up and what is down and typically don't invert cases on purpose. But accidents DO happen even to careful people.
But it's more than just protection against inversion. It's protection against banging around and excess movement. It's really simple, more padding is better and that's the bottom line. In every other part of life the cases considered to be the
VERY BEST are also the most well padded.
It makes no sense to me to have a case where the cues are allowed to bounce around, rattle, and move constantly. If you don't have a problem with your cues then thank your cue maker for building a tough cue that withstands that sort of constant movement.
Watch this video and tell me it doesn't make you think twice about what it going on INSIDE the case when the case simply falls over. Now imagine even MORE force applied to the case when you hit a particularly nasty bump in the road.

As for using Justis to make money, why not? He said clearly that he makes his interiors EASY to remove for the SOLE purpose of being able to change them easily. So why shouldn't I make a replacement interior when I have the means to do so?
I have been asked to do the same for Whitten and I refuse because it's NOT easy to replace the interior of a Whitten but if it were then I would offer it.
I have replaced interiors for other cases, Swift, Bonner, Murnak and others on request but these require more work than simply sliding one out and replacing the liner in five minutes.
Are we not free men allowed to do as we please? Are you not a free man allowed to do with your property as you please?
Be completely 100% honest and tell me that if you yourself decided to sew up a new liner for your personal Justis and you showed it on here then Jack would have NO problem with that. But if it's me then he has a problem and he transfers it to the customer with scare tactics about voiding the warranty.
