i've read good and bad reports about Predator Full Splice Sneakie's and ltd edt Hoppe's.

i find the pred sneakie's and pred hoppe's are affordable.
looking for postive and negative opinions.
please give your report - Yay or Nay.

thanks.

your vote and or opinion will determine my daily player.
peace out

Your question and your poll would be much better suited for the MAIN FORUM instead of Ask The Cuemaker section, since none of the custom cue makers actually make the Predator cue. You will likely get a ton more opinions in your poll if posted over there IMO. Good luck on your search for the right cue.

hey lee, thank you, actually, i want builder response.
i searching for info from the heart of the lion.

i agree my post might be irregular or it may not be,
players dont have the kind of information i'm looking for. these guys know what i want.
it's a Product Quality question, a Build question.

please don't rake me over the coals.

LOL, absolutely not. If you want the builder response then you posted in the right section. I just "assumed" you wanted a general opinion from the masses. I'm far from a builder as I'm just starting out doing light repairs so I'll let the builders give their response. I hope you find the info you're looking for. :)

Quality?

As for quality, I haven't seen any abnormal repairs coming from those cues. I haven't heard of any problems from owners of those cues. Occasionally, someone from any predator shaft will complain about a crooked cue. But, that is a short lived problem. I think it was in the laminations of the wood.

If you are trying to get a CM to say that one cue plays better than another, you may be waiting. Every player has a different preference about what they like in a cue. But, that isn't quality. If you go to McD's for a burger and then go to BK. You may prefer one or the other. But, the quality is ...is it fresh, hot, all beef, thoroughly cooked, etc. It may be quality but still taste like s#4%. But, taste is taste. IOW, preference.

Anyway, if you are talking about two predator cues, I don't understand why one would be of quality and the other not quality. BTW, selling price doesn't translate to quality either. Again, preference. Supply and Demand economics.

I own both of these Predator cues you are asking about. Just so you know the Hoppe Limited Edition is NOT a full-spliced cue. I asked Predator when the cue first came out if it was a full-splice or a short splice and it' a short splice. I was shocked.

The sneaky Pete Predator will have a different feel than the Hoppe Limited Edition.
