I just received my first custom cue, It is a titlist conversion built/converted by Bob Frey. Pics are in the cue gallery if interested. First thing, Bob is the nicest guy to deal with, he communicated very well. Whenever there was something we forgot to discuss he calls and gets all the info before going further. My design was pretty simple so there wasn't alot to go over. I like simple cues with no inlays (less is more I think). He also delivered about 45 days sooner than expected. And the cue hits wonderfully. I've got a friend with a Scruggs and the hit is similar to that. anyway I am extremly happy with my experience and would recommend Bobs work to anyone (and already have). Beautiful cue. I have a Frey Sneaky Pete and I love the way it shoots. I have 2 Hoppe Pro's that I wanted converted. After seeing yours, Definetly think I am going to have Bob do one if not both.

Yep, can't go wrong with Bob. He will under promise over deliver for sure. And he is one helluva nice guy.

Bob is a wonderful guy. I have two fancy sneakies from him that are both great looking and tremendous playing cues. I've also seen one of his Titleist conversions first hand - the guy does great work and couldn't be easier to work with. I definitely recommend him, especially if you're local.
