Ontario vs Dufferin Cue

Hello,
I stumbled across a 2 piece sneaky that looks identical to a red leaf Dufferin. In the circular logo, it says "Ontario" instead of "Dufferin." Are they the same or is it a knock off? What would you value the cue at?

If it is Ebay Item 221234263866, it sure looks like a Dufferin cue to me.
