What is the difference between Hercek and Rauenzahn full spliced cue?

Either way it was not a full splice cue , this thread is about them not a bunch of CNC work that people now deem as art work

It matters not...... it was designed by him and I posted it because we were now talking about why one cue would be a few thousand more than somebody else's. I think the blue cue proved my point. It goes beyond craftsmanship, and I was making the point that artistic flair does have a say in the value of a cue.... it has NOT hurt Porsche one bit, and there are MANY cars MUCH, MUCH faster.....

and again, Jerry makes a very good cue, great quality, great value,,, but different folks with different tastes.. enjoy :)

That's like saying a chevette is the same as a corvette made by the same company but 2 entirely different cars build quality being no where near the same
Nice try though

Really, the 1984 corvette had "better" build quality than a Chevette?. Surely, you jest?

So, I guess it's fair to say you know as much about cues as you do cars ....lol

Porsche does not have artistic flair, they are based in design and performance.
So if you are using that as your cue example. Your contradicting your argument.
You would be better using a Bently as an example of his work. If we are talking about the construction of a cue, I'll take my guy. If we are talking a cue with a bunch of inland christmas all over it then your cue guy wins hands down. No knock on him as you like to say, he does make a good cue great with his ornamentation. I like my cue to look like I am going to play pool with it, not dungeons and dragons.

Really, a Porsche 911 has no "style"... now you're just being silly.

Boy, you really gotta convince yourself you have the "best" cue in the world, don't ya?

Dude, I own great cars, but unfortunately, even I don't own the "best" cars in the world... sometimes life just is not fair, but I'm not gonna complain on the internet cause I could NOT afford car X, and therefore the vehicles I do have do not become the "best" by default....

I don't have the best cue in the world. Even if I could it doesn't exist. I have my dream car it's a 55 T-bird. All you cue snobs who think you know what's best get mad and pout because people are not impressed with your taste, tacky over hyped cues,or opinion. If I was STUPID enough to spend 5000- 10000 on a cue I would buy a Collection of Rambos. I am not jealous. How's the saying go, Don't hate Congratulate. I wish you the most and best. So go change your Herceck underoos, stop sniveling and get over your self. You don't know me.

Just a comment of a Porsche site
The 1999 Porsche 911 was a failure in every way but one: the massive savings realized with the new model made it possible for the company to plan new models.

To me the 928 was a total POS if they had to rely on that car to stay in business that would have been the end of them

See, I don't own a Hercek, never did. Hmmmm, imagine that. I own 3 cues, one is an OB sneaky pete. The other two are a Carmeli and a fully restored Wille Hoppe....

You best go back and read the posts,... I'm not the one mad, I'm the one laughing.... with everyone else :)

No, it did not look good. That was a sports car FAIL.
But maybe, just maybe if they could of painted a big joker or batman on the roof sales would of been higher.

Let me help you understand. I could never get mad over a pool forum. That's stupid, like your posts.

Or stupid like you saying the 1999 Porsche 911 was a failure.... again, you and the other guy know as much about cues as you do cars... you might wanna quit while you are behind....

It is still a sought after machine.... but of course... not quite as much as a 1984 Corvette that had build quality lower than a Chevette..... Maybe if they paint them all blunder blue the 84 vette will become a collector car one day....we can only hope... I mean, look how well it has done for the collector cue market :)

928.The 928 was the car I was talking about. Check your exhaust manifolds on that v12,It's getting in the cab.
I'm just guessing, I don't think you know more about cars than me.
Anyway, RJ this is a pool forum. Speaking of pool , I'm going to go play. I will read your stupidity when I get home.

Again, why would I even care about the 928 or anything else... never owned a Porsche either....and of course, speaking of stupidity, you believe the V12 has manifold problems... that's just funny. Of course, you know the year and model of the vehicle in which you speak, right ?
