That does not look like a Viking pin, you may want to put up some closer non-fuzzy pics.
Picure is taken zoomed out and out of focus. You also can't see any markings or details like the pin and bumper.
Now sure which part you think looks clear, I guess it could look the way that you took it, but you took it out of focus and without enough detail to see anything aside from the color of the cue and the wrap.
Hmmm.... other than the fact that nothing is clear in this photo, I'd agree with you...

The best way to get a Viking identified is with a clear pic showing the joint (opened) and the logo. Seeing the logo makes it much easier to find in the Blue Book.
