Who's Justin hall

Probably the best short-rack bank player in the world right now, also a great 1-pocket player. Josh is a very good 1-pocket player also. Both are good guys IMO.

Jackson, Michigan also has some good pool players. When I lived there there was a place called The Garage that had some very good players. That was more than 10 years ago though
