They've got a couple things that I can't find anywhere else. Anyone have some experience with them? Thanks

They have always been great to deal with. They have a lot of products that you can't find as you said but they also have a lot of items they run through. I have ordered from them and they have had everything in stock and at other times most items I ordered were out of stock but they never left me hanging unless it was one of those products that is no longer made.
I have only emailed them but they have always responded the same day and most of the time will refund things if it was changed for too much (shipping for us - they refunded about $5 since it cost them less to ship it). Who does that?

P.S. We now help them with web stuff stuff since they have been good to us.
